Kakejiku, the show was at the San Mateo Garden Center, San Mateo CA on the first weekend in June.

More about the display. The bonsai is an old landscape juniper I collected about 25 years ago, and have done extensive carving on. The pot is from the Shigaraki kiln in Tokonama and probably goes back to the mid 1970's The scroll card is a sumi-e representation of Dharuma Buddha. It is original art from Japan. The accent stone is from a river in Northern California.
